Crafzie specializes in customized gift items. Every product is made-to-order based on the details provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the specifications of the product.

2. Customization Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate information (names, dates, photos, and color preferences).
Exact Reproduction: We follow a "copy-paste" workflow. The details you provide will be printed exactly as received. We do not perform manual spell-checks or design alterations unless specifically agreed upon.
Final Review: Please double-check all descriptions, spellings, and image quality before submitting. Crafzie is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Processing: We process and dispatch orders every working day. Once your custom item is ready, it will be handed over to our courier partner immediately.
Timeline: For orders within Kerala, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Tracking: While we take full responsibility for the item until it reaches you, delivery timelines are subject to courier partner schedules.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any refund or replacement, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the moment the package is sealed and clearly show the opening process and the defect.
Manufacturing Defects: We offer returns or refunds only in cases of clear manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items: Since our products are personalized, we do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for:
Customer errors (typos, wrong photos, etc.).
Change of mind.
Dissatisfaction with the product's look when it matches the provided description.

5. Product Descriptions
Every product on our website includes a detailed description and specifications below it. It is your responsibility to read these details carefully to ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Crafzie's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
