1. Manufacturing Defects & Damages
We offer a return or replacement policy only in the case of manufacturing defects or if the product arrives damaged.
Mandatory Opening Video: To claim a return or replacement, you must provide an unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the parcel. This helps us verify the defect and process your claim quickly.
Claim Period: Any defect must be reported within [e.g., 24/48 hours] of receiving the package along with the video evidence.
2. Personalized/Custom Products
Since our products are custom-made based on your specific requirements:
No Returns for Personal Preference: We do not accept returns if you change your mind or if you no longer want the product.
Spelling & Name Variations: Please double-check all names and details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in the name provided by the customer. Returns will not be accepted for minor variations unless the error occurred on our end during production.
3. How to Process a Claim
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team at [Your Email/WhatsApp] with your order number and the mandatory opening video. Our team will review the footage and, if approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund(in wallet/gift card).
